All ordering is done by the digital kiosks. The counter does not take any orders. However they were really good to help me when I got confused with using the kiosk and cannot find the items. Especially staff named Anusha... she was very patient with me, even queued together with me and helped me to use the kiosk to order. Thank you so much... everything was easy, and food arrived very fast in spite of them being busy.

The atmosphere and view inside are really nice, and the fried chicken tastes great. However, the waiting time was a bit long. One thing I don’t quite understand is why the tap handle at the sink is the twist type instead of a push-type. After eating, people’s hands are oily, so they have to twist the same handle again after washing — which feels unhygienic. Hope this can be improved in the future.

Same quality taste at kfcs But the selling point is the location. This is exactly above the North south highway. Elongated format and something that is different compared to other kfcs. Food: Same great quality food. Service: Staff is not very attentive but will serve you when u make contact with them. Atmosphere: Unique selling point but area looks abit dated. Could use some maintenance n upkeep. All in all, d experience is to enjoy the view overlooking the highway, while eating. Cheers!

Went here few time today only got chance to review. 1.) Food like any other restaurant taste. Consider ok 2.) Service ok nothing complains 3.) Environment a little bit special because restaurant above middle of bridge in Plus highway

Take note. It is not 24 hours. Open till 11pm only. Got a new finger lickin good pineapple egg tart... A bit sweet if you ask me. Cheaper to buy 1 than 2 or more. Maybe buy in a few rounds? Original chicken is good.
